Payments, Shipping & Returns

Payments: Please Note: When making a purchase via Paypal your credit card statement will show Virtual Creations as the charge, this is our parent paypal account that we use for all payment processing.

COD orders will be available at check out and this option is used for anyone ordering with email transfer. Email money transfers can be sent to sales@ftaplay.com .

Shipping:

We use a Flat Rate per item shipping charge and items are shipped using Canada Post. We will provide you with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Items purchased will be shipped the same or next business day after payment has cleared
Please allow 3-8 business days for items to be delivered (depending on location)

Note:
There could be occasional delays in shipping of an item caused by unforseen circumstances, in such case please bear with us. We will notify you of any delays.

If an item is lost by Canada Post, please be patient as we will have to file a dispute with the carrier and then replace your item/items.

In any case we would need a statement from you stating you never received your shippment to show delivery was never made in case an item is lost in the mail.

Note: If you receive a defective item we are not the manufacture and will not be held liable for any cost associated with the return/replacement of this item. We are distributors only!

If you buy a Satopia / iCon product and it is a defective item you will need to ship it back to the warehouse/ manufacture for repair/replacement. We will not be liable or cover any associated cost. Please contact us for shipping details.

1: What is my order status? And how long will it take to process my order?

Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive periodic e-mails from us regarding the processing of your order. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains the carrier tracking number (when available) for your order.

2. How do I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation of your order by contacting us via our contact form.

Once an order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return unused and unopened items to us postmarked within 30 days of ordering. In that case we will refund you the product price excluding all shipping fees.

Refunds are sent to your payment account with a PayPal refund transaction ID.

Do not email or call asking about subscription channels satellite from signal providers. Our satellite receivers are designed and intended for 100% legal use only.
